Greece and the Hellenic Tourism Organization's (EOT) China Service celebrated the Chinese National Day (October 1), with promotional online activities, in collaboration with WeChat Channels, China's most popular social networking medium.

The representatives of seven travel agencies specializing in this type of travel, as well as a journalist and a blogger from Italy, were left very impressed by the natural beauty of Arcadia and the possibilities it offers for outdoor tourism activities.

At a dynamic pace, Hellenic Tourism Organization - EOT continues the program of implementing familiarization trips for travel agents (fam trips) and journalists (press trips), with the aim of promoting the Greek tourism product by the largest international media and the opinion leaders of the international tourism industry.

The Ministry of Tourism proceeded with a substantial and useful upgrade of the official application of the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT) "Visit Greece App", incorporating the list of 545 beaches throughout Greece, which have been awarded the "Blue Flag".

Greece and its attractions will feature in two popular television shows in France and Estonia this year with the backing of the Hellenic Tourism Organization (EOT).

More specifically, France 5's highly rated travel show "Echappees Belles" will start shooting in the northern region of Macedonia and central Greece in June and is expected to air on September 14.
