Erdoğan, Orban discuss regional conflicts, ties
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan hosted Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in Ankara on Dec. 12 for talks focusing on regional conflicts and bilateral relations.
Discussions centered on the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine, exploring pathways to peace as well as enhancing cooperation between the two countries.

Events mark centennial of Türkiye-Hungary ties
A series of nearly 100 cultural events are underway to mark the centennial of diplomatic relations between Türkiye and Hungary.
A Hungarian ballet group performed in the capital Ankara on Sept. 22, the 96th event in the series, as part of broader efforts to showcase Hungarian culture in Türkiye.

Viktor Orbán's secret plan revealed
"Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbn's allies will meet in Washington with Republicans behind closed doors to end the allocation of US military support to Ukraine," the text states.
Some Republican members of Congress have been invited to take part in the closed-door talks, a Republican source told the British newspaper.

Australia Closes Several Embassies due to the “Extremely Harmful Air Pollution”

Hungarian embassy: Measures won't affect border crossings
The Hungarian embassy says Budapest's measures for reduction of illegal migrations do not affect the functioning of border crossings between the two countries.
According to a statement issued on Thursday by the Hungarian diplomatic mission to Serbia, "plans are being made for opening new crossings."
Thousands Leave Kosovo Seeking Asylum in EU
The number of Kosovo Albanians trying to illegally enter the European Union is on the rise, with the Hungarian Police reporting that 880 people from Kosovo were arrested on Sunday and a total of around 4,400 in the period from Friday to Sunday.
