Kosovo Arrests Two for Intimidating Serb Voters
The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gnjilane/Gjilan said on Thursday that two people, who it only identified by the initials Z.D. and V.B., were detained in the town of Gnjilane/Gjilan on suspicion that they intimidated three people to vote for Srpska Lista at Sunday's parliamentary polls in Kosovo.

"Haradinaj makes his private Serb cabinet minister"
The Prime Minister of the Provisional Kosovo Institutions Ramush Haradinaj has appointed Dijana Zivic as the new Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.
She replaced Nenad Rikalo, who was removed from office at the beginning of the month, Pristina press is reporting.

Kosovo Serb politicians on Thursday agreed to return to the country's parliament and government after receiving assurances in discussions that their coalition agreement will be respected.
Prime Minister Mustafa on Friday named Dalibor Jevtic from the Srpska List as the replacement for Aleksandar Jablanovic, the Minister for Returns and Communities who was removed two months ago.

Killer of Kosovo Serb municipal assemblyman still at large
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Dimitrije Janicijevic, 35, a member of the North Mitrovica municipal assembly, was murdered a year ago to this day, but his killer is still at large.
Janicijevic was killed by gunshots outside his family home in Kosovska Mitrovica.

73 were in favor, 30 against, and two abstained.

Preliminary results: Serb list wins 4.2 percent
PRIŠTINA -- Preliminary results presented late on Monday by the Kosovo Central Electoral Commission show that the Democratic Party of Kosovo won 30.69 percent of the vote.
This party is led by Hashim Thaci.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA -- Aleksandar Vulin said in Kosovska Mitrovica of Friday that Serbs themselves should decide on their participation in parliamentary elections in Kosovo.
Vulin now serves as minister of labor and was in charge of Kosovo in the previous government.
