The appeals chamber of the Bosnian state court announced on Friday that it has rejected a prosecution appeal and cleared Hazim Fazlovic, the former commander of the Third Battalion of the 108th Motorised Brigade of the Bosnian Army, of bearing responsibility for crimes against prisoners of war in Brcko in 1993.

M. B., the wife of the famous singer, was allegedly arrested.
Six cars of the Intervention Unit took part in this operation, while three vehicles were seized.

Two special police units to be merged

BELGRADE -- Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has announced that two special forces units of the Interior Ministry (MUP) will be merged into one unit.

MUP's Gendarmerie, meanwhile, will remain a separate formation.
