Police gathers dirt on Rouvikonas anarchist group

After months of investigation, the Hellenic Police (ELAS) is poised to present prosecutors with a file on the activities of Rouvikonas (Rubicon in Greek), the anarchist group that has recently stepped up its attacks on political and business targets, in a bid to investigate whether its members can face tougher penalties.

Rabbi Mordechai Frizis recently launched a delirious outburst against the increasingly active far-left organization Rouvikonas (Greek for Rubicon), after its members targeted the Israeli Embassy in Athens early on Christmas Day.

Rouvikonas group members throw paint at Israeli Embassy

Members of the increasingly active anarchist group Rouvikonas (Rubicon in Greek) threw paint at the entrance of the Israeli Embassy in Athens on Monday.

The group posted a video of the attack which was carried out at 6 a.m. by a group of individuals who drove up on motorbikes.

Rouvikonas has been linked to numerous acts of vandalism on public property and state offices.
