The National Operations Headquarters and the government are considering lifting controls on coronavirus at borders and focusing efforts on early detection and tracing of contacts of infected people in clusters. This was announced by the member of the staff and state health inspector Angel Kunchev during the regular morning briefing on Thursday. 

However, dozens of similar cases have been reported in other European countries, Great Britain and the United States, London's Sky News reported.
A 14-year-old boy from a group of infected children died of the disease at a children's hospital in London last month, and similar cases have been reported in other European countries.

A fire broke out in Istanbul’s former Italian Hospital in the Beyoğlu district on Jan. 24. 

British actress Felicity Jones, who was nominated for the Best Actress Oscar for her role in "The Theory of Everything," will come to Istanbul. She will star in Ron Howard's adaptation of Dan Brown's latest novel "Inferno" as Sienna Brooks. The film will be shot in Florence and Istanbul.
