FM addresses UNSC, says Pristina's move is "unprecedented"
The Kosovo Constitutional Court's suspension of the deal on the Community of Serb Municipalities was "an unprecedented case of evading agreements."
The purpose of the move is "to avoid the agreements reached with the mediation of the European Union," the Serbian foreign minister said in his address to the UN Security Council on Thursday.

The decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court regarding the Community of Serb Municipalities "is not good" says Wolfgang Petritsch.
The president of the Austrian Marshall Plan said this was the case "because it is important that the responsibilities undertaken are respected."
