Turkish Media Praise Kosovo For Banning Kurdish Event
Turkish media have welcomed Kosovo's decision to ban a musical event called "Freedom to Kurdistan", planned to take place in Pristina on Friday, claiming it aimed to spread propaganda in favour of terrorist organizations that are at war with Turkey.

Turkish Airplanes Killed 49 Kurdish Fighters
Turkish military aircraft hit 19 targets at Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in Seberan Iraq on Monday, Reuters reported, citing the Turkish Air Force. PKK hideouts, warehouses, and positions of fire are being destroyed, believed to be preparing an attack on the Turkish border.
Turkey launched a massive operation against the Kurds ten days ago. It is called "Olive Branch".

Kurd Looks to Croatian Court to Stop Extradition
Croatia's Constitutional Court is considering an appeal about the Turkish Kurdish activist Nurettin Oral, who wishes to avoid extradition from Croatia to Turkey, his lawyer confirmed to BIRN.
Lawyer Sandra Drazic Karalic confirmed that the Constitutional Court had started to work on the case, which it received on January 15.

Turkey: The Countries Supporting the Kurds in Afrin are Becoming our Target
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said that if anyone supports the Kurds in the Syrian enclave of Afrin, they will become a target of the Turkish armed forces.
"Any support given to terrorists will become our target," CNTV quoted Yildiram's response to a journalist's question what action Ankara would take if Washington continued to supply the Kurdish formations in Syria.
