Gervalla-Schwarz was born in North Macedonia capital, Skopje, in 1971, when it was still part of socialist Yugoslavia. She spent her early childhood living between Skopje and Pristina, where her father, Jusuf Gervalla, was a well-known writer, singer and artist.

Hague Prosecution Calls Kosovo MP for Questioning

"Today I received the invitation letter and the order to appear before the high prosecutor of the Specialist Prosecutor's Office in The Hague, on March 12, 2019," Kuci wrote in a statement sent to local media on Thursday.
He added that he will "fulfil the obligation and will respond to this order".

Opposition parties in Kosovo on May 5 filed a motion of no confidence in the government, in a new attempt to bring down Prime Minister Isa Mustafa's coalition government, RFE/RL reports.
Former KLA members throw bottles at Thaci
Deputy Kosovo PM and ruling LDK party leader Hashim Thaci was pelted with bottles on Monday as he was walking from the assembly to the government building.
Thaci was attacked by former members of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), who were also chanting, "thief, thief." They were protesting for not being included in a list of KLA "veterans."
