Lisa Marie Presley’s cause of death revealed
Lisa Marie Presley died from complications from bariatric surgery she had several years ago, authorities said Thursday.
The January 12 death at age 54 of the singer, songwriter and heir of Elvis Presley was ruled as being from natural causes due to effects of a small bowel obstruction.

Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis, dies at 54
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis Presley and a singer-songwriter dedicated to her father's legacy, died on Jan. 12 after being hospitalized for a medical emergency. She was 54.
Her death in a Los Angeles hospital was confirmed by her mother, Priscilla, a few hours after her daughter was rushed to the hospital by paramedics after a medical episode at her home.

Dr. Dre back home after reported brain aneurysm treatment
Dr. Dre was back at home on Jan. 16 after being treated at a Los Angeles hospital for a reported brain aneurysm.
Peter Paterno, an attorney for the music mogul, said Dre was home but offered no other details in an email exchange Saturday. The rapper and producer reportedly was released on Jan. 15 from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
'Star Wars' actress Carrie Fisher dies aged 60
Hollywood star Carrie Fisher - best known for her portrayal of Princess Leia in the wildly popular "Star Wars" films -- died on Dec.27, days after suffering a heart attack on a transatlantic flight.
The 60-year-old actress had been in intensive care in a Los Angeles hospital after collapsing on the jetliner from London on Friday.

Singer Natalie Cole, the daughter of jazz legend Nat "King" Cole who overcame substance abuse to find stardom in her own right, has died, her family said Dec. 31, 2015. She was 65.
The Grammy-winning singer, who had longstanding health issues including complications from a kidney transplant, died on New Year's Eve at a Los Angeles hospital.
