BELGRADE - Evangelos Venizelos, Greece's deputy prime minister and foreign minister, will visit Serbia on Tuesday, in his capacity as President of the Council of the European Union.

BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic discussed on Thursday Serbia's OSCE presidency and regional cooperation with Ambassador Gerard Studman, special representative of the Chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) for the Western Balkans, who is on a visit to Belgrade.

BELGRADE - Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic and Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger, candidate of the Federal Republic of Germany for the office of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, conferred in Belgrade on the organization's role in strengthening the rule of law.

BELGRADE - Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic will attend a working dinner in Brussels on Monday evening, which will be organized by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton.
