Britain's medicine regulator has advised that people with a history of significant allergies do not get Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine after two people reported severe adverse reactions on the first day of rollout.

From January 1, 2021, Bulgarian citizens will be able to enter and stay without a visa in the UK for a short stay of up to 6 months, during which time they will be able to enter repeatedly for tourism, participation in meetings and conferences, short courses, but not to live permanently, work or have access to public funds. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed about it.

Turkish and British officials have refuted some media reports in the U.K., on personal protective equipment (PPE) purchased from Turkey, which were claimed to be "useless" after failing safety tests.

Government spokesman Stelios Petsas on Monday thanked the majority of Greek citizens who have observed restrictions to ward against the spread of the coronavirus while warning against the danger of backsliding on the measures. 

The Health Ministry has called for volunteers to help support the national health service's efforts to respond to the coronavirus epidemic.  

In a statement on Monday, the ministry said that the contribution of volunteer doctors, nurses, paramedics, psychologists, medical students and retired health professionals was required to respond to the challenge.
