Covid case count continues to rise steadily
Ljubljana – A total of 3,981 positive coronavirus tests were logged in Slovenia on Monday, a new record since March but only marginally more than last Monday. 89 Covid patients were treated at regular hospital wards on Monday and 21 were in intensive care, which is eight and 12 more respectively than a week ago. One Covid patient died.

More than 10,000 Covid cases logged for Wednesday
Ljubljana – A total of 10,288 new coronavirus cases were reported in Slovenia for Wednesday, a day after a record of more than 12,000 infections was confirmed, show fresh official data. Roughly three weeks into the Omicron-driven wave, hospitals are gradually starting to fill up.

CNCAV: 48,000 vaccine doses from Johnson&Johnson to reach Romania on Thursday
A number of 48,000 doses of Janssen vaccine will arrive on Thursday at the "Cantacuzino" National Institute for Medical-Military research and Development, informs the National Coordinating Committee for Vaccination Activities against COVID-19. According to the same source, the transport is provided by the manufacturing company, and the vaccine doses will be brought to Bucharest by land.
