Norway becomes the first Scandinavian state to decriminalize drugs, writes Independent.
The majority of MPs in the Norwegian Parliament support the historic change, including conservatives, liberals and two left-wing parties.
They entrust the government with the task of changing politics towards drugs.

Brnabic: Serbia committed to continue defence cooperation
OSLO - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic on Thursday met with representatives of the foreign affairs and defence committee of the Norwegian parliament, noting that Serbia-Norway defence cooperation was very developed in addition to the excellent bilateral relations.

Foreign Affairs Minister Bogdan Aurescu paid an official visit to Norway on Monday, answering an invitation of his Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende, the Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) informed AGERPRES in a release.
