Did someone mislead the PM about the Ankara bomber?
According to Turkish government spokesman Numan Kurtulmu?, the name of the suicide bomber is irrelevant. The only relevant thing is the fact that the terrorist act on Feb. 17 that killed 29 people (after another injured person lost their life on Feb. 23) in Ankara was carried out by both the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the People's Protection Units (YPG).
Turkey-US ties risk deteriorating further due to PYD row
The first recent crisis between Turkey and the U.S. erupted in early October last year, after the latter announced that it had airdropped ammunition and other military equipment to Syria's Democratic Union Party (PYD) despite Ankara's strong objection.

US denies spying on Turkish authorities
U.S. State Department has rejected reports that the U.S. was continuing to eavesdrop on Turkish authorities even after the Snowden leaks in 2013.
The denial came hours after the Wall Street Journal newspaper reported that the U.S. had conducted surveillance on some of its NATO allies, including Turkish authorities.

Pentagon chief Carter used personal email account at times, has stopped: Statement
