OSCE mission in Serbia chief Andrea Orizio says that institutions in Serbia must send a clear signal that attacks on journalists would not be tolerated.

Interior Minister Stefanovic says he will ask why a representative of the OSCE "grossly interfered in the internal affairs of Serbia."

The report by NUNS, issued on Tuesday, says that a total of 34 attacks on journalists were reported in 2015, which is far more than in 2014, when around 20 attacks were reported.

New indictments for war crimes announced

BELGRADE -- Serbian Deputy War Crimes Prosecutor Bruno Vekarić announced indictments against over 40 war crime suspects in the next few months.

They concern Istok, Štrpce, and Srebrenica cases.
