Türkiye closes airspace for flights from/to Sulaymaniyah airport over PKK acts
Türkiye has closed its airspace for the aircraft, which land/take-off at Iraq's Sulaymaniyah International Airport, as of April 3 upon the intensification of PKK activities in the region, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Tanju Bilgiç said.

HDP team to travel to northern Iraq, plans to meet Barzani
A delegation from Turkey's Kurdish-issued focused Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) will travel to northern Iraq to hold talks with prominent Iraqi Kurdish leaders, including Massoud Barzani, between Sept. 21 and 24, the party has stated.
The delegation will be led by HDP co-leader Selahattin Demirtaş and will include a number of lawmakers and other party officials, it added.
