Johnson: Montenegro Shows Russia is 'Undermining' Balkans
British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said events last October in Montenegro - where the government says it forestalled a Russian-organized coup - show the Kremlin is busy "undermining" governments in the Balkans and elsewhere.
