Sarajevo's response - a former member of the Republika Srpska Army arrested
The Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina charges Veljovic (1954) with committing the war crime of rape and sexual abuse as a member of the Army of Republika Srpska in 1992 in the area of Foca, the judicial institution announced.

Mulahusic lives in Luxembourg and was arrested on Saturday in Bosanski Brod when he tried to cross the BiH border and enter Croatia.
The border police handed him over to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina on Sunday, from which they have now clarified that he is a person who is being investigated by several foreign security services.

Dodik gives up on referendum on Bosnia's judiciary
The National Assembly of the Serb Republic (RS) has suspended a referendum on the work of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH).
The referendum was to be held on November 19.

RS assembly in favor of referendum on "imposed decisions"
Members of the Assembly of the Serb Republic (RS) have adopted a decision to call a referendum "on High Representative-imposed decisions."
This "particularly" concerns the decisions about the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
