Kosovo Court Confirms Serb Ex-Policeman’s War Crimes Conviction
The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the verdict finding former Serb reservist policeman Nenad Arsic guilty of war crimes and confirmed his six-year prison sentence.
Arsic was found guilty of committing the crimes on May 21, 1999 during a police operation against Kosovo Albanian civilians in Pristina's Emshir neighbourhood.

Kosovo's Special Prosecution filed an indictment on Friday charging Zoran Vukotic with committing rape and participating in the expulsions of ethnic Albanian civilians from the town of Vushtrri/Vucitrn.

Serbian State Security ‘Didn’t Take Volunteer Fighters to Bosnia’
Petar Djukic, a former high-ranking Serb police officer in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, told the retrial of Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic at the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in The Hague on Tuesday and Wednesday that military volunteers who came to Bosanski Samac in Bosnia in April 1992 were brought by political parties and not by Serbian State Security, SDB.

Mladic Witness: Police Couldn’t Stop Vlasenica Killings
