Day of Slovenian-Serbian Friendship to become official next year
Ljubljana – Several associations hosted a Day of Slovenian-Serbian Friendship at Fužine Castle in Ljubljana featuring Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia, and his spouse, Crown Princess Katherine of Serbia. It was announced at the event that 12 June would probably be formally declared the Day of Slovenian-Serbian Friendship next year.
Residence of Serbian ambassador in Paris to open doors
PARIS - The residence of the Serbian ambassador in Paris - one of the most beautiful buildings from the Belle Epoque period - will open its doors to the public on September 20-21 from 12:00 to 18:00 to mark the European Heritage Days.
Serbian Cultural Centre Opens in Istria, Croatia
"Croatia wants to be a country where everyone has the opportunity to affirm their culture and tradition," Croatian President Ivo Josipovic said at Thursday's opening of the Serbian Cultural Centre in the town of Pula, on the tip of the Istrian peninsula.
"Croatia is ready to lend a hand to all people of goodwill, including friends from the Republic of Serbia," Josipovic said.
