Serbia Road Death Suspect ‘Hiding in Turkey’
After almost a month of investigation, Serbian police have named a suspect in the killing of 21-year-old Luka Jovanovic, who was hit by a car on July 25 on Branko’s Bridge in Belgrade.
According to the police, surveillance camera footage showed that suspect Marko Milicev hit Jovanovic with his black Mini Countryman and then drove off.

BELGRADE - Serbian police arrested Petar Ladjevic, a Serb refugee now living in Brcko, Bosnia-Herzegovina, at the border crossing with BiH on an international warrant for an alleged war crime, President of the Coalition of Refugee Associations in Serbia Miodrag Linta said on Friday.

Savage Murder of Teen Shocks Serbia
Serbia's Interior Minister said he regretted that the country had abolished the death penalty following the discovery of the body of a teenage girl who had apparently been murdered in a particularly brutal fashion.
Serbian police on Wednesday arrested Dragan Djuric, a 34-year-old butcher from the Belgrade neighbourhood of Surcin, for the murder of Tijana Juric.

Murdered US Albanians’ Family Appeals to UN
Lawyers for the relatives of Ylli, Agron and Mehmet Bytyqi, who were killed in Serbia in 1999, have filed a complaint to the UN, demanding “Serbia’s compliance with its international obligation to investigate and prosecute those responsible for the disappearance and murder of the brothers”.

Montenegro to Return Suspected Drug Gangster to Serbia
Dragoslav Kosmajac faces a speedy to return Serbia this week after the Montenegrin police arrested and interrogated him on Monday in the coastal town of Kotor.
Media reports said that Kosmajac would be extradited to Serbia because he is “not welcome” in Montenegro.
