Vucic: There was no unity in parliament on Kosovo-Metohija
BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Tuesday evening there had been no unity at a special parliamentary session on a government report on Kosovo-Metohija and that the opposition's sole objective was to topple the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and him as its leader.

Orlić elected Speaker of the Serbian Parliament, along with the deputy speakers
MP of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Vladimir Orlic was elected parliament speaker in an open ballot, with 154 votes in favor and 76 opposed, out of 230 MPs present.
"154 voted in favor, 76 opposed, while there were no abstentions," MP Vladeta Jankovi announced at 9:30 p.m. as the chairman of the constitutive session of the parliament.
Vučić and Putin talked; the Presidency issued a statement
In a telephone conversation, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin congratulated his Serbia's counterpart Aleksandar Vucic on his convincing victory in the presidential elections and a very significant result of his Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in the parliamentary vote, Vucic's media office said in a press release.
Vladeta Janković: It is not over yet in Belgrade

"Ladies and gentlemen, we estimate that about 3.804.000 people went to today's elections. The largest in recent times. According to Vucic, there were some unnecessary and meaningless tensions over minor issues during the day but everything ended peacefully," Vucic said at the very beginning of his address.

Ivica Dacic told TV Pink that he would not do that because he would not like to jeopardize the possibility of the incumbent president, Aleksandar Vui, winning in the first round of elections.
