Bosnia's Federation Elects New President
Deputies in the Federation parliament on Monday confirmed the appointments of the new entity officials as the country took another step towards forming governments after last October's elections.
The formation of the government in the Federation entity will also enable the formation of the state government, the Council of Ministers.

35,000 Germans rally in Dresden against racism and xenophobia
A rally against racism and xenophobia on Jan. 10 drew tens of thousands of people in the eastern German city of Dresden, which has become the centre of anti-immigration protests organised by a new grassroots movement called PEGIDA.
"We won't permit that hate will divide us", Dresden's mayor Helma Orosz said in front of the 18th-century Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady).

BELGRADE - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will meet on Wednesday with several European officials and the Ambassador of Israel to Serbia.
Prime Minister Vucic will confer with Israeli Ambassador Yossef Levy, and then hold a meeting with Michael Strugl, Minister of Economy, Labour, Tourism, Sports and European Affairs of the State Government of Upper Austria.
