The National Assembly cannot require a report for the Prosecutors' Office deals on a specific criminal case from the Supreme prosecutor. This was the solid response from The Constitutional Court on a question from Sotir Tsatsarov, Legalword reported.

The Parliament has approved rules for nomination, hearing and election of members of the judicial and prosecutors' bodies within the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), of the parliamentary quota, FOCUS News Agency reported.
The rules were unanimously approved with 103 votes in favour.

The common meetings of the SJC members are held in two following Saturdays. The meeting of the investigators is on May 13th and 20th 2017.
