The work of the European Commission’s Task Force for Greece is to be completed at the end of February, with the formal completion of the bailout agreement, while a new European agency is expected to replace it.

The mandate of the European Commission's task force for Greece has been extended until June 2015, the EU's chief executive Jean-Claude Juncker said on Wednesday.

“Upon a proposal by President Jean-Claude Juncker, the College has decided to prolong the mandate of the Task Force for Greece (DG ECFIN) until 30 June 2015,” Juncker said in a statement.
