According to preliminary data, there are 22 passengers on the plane, including one child, and six crew members. Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) says it is investigating details to find out what happened to the plane that disappeared over Kamchatka.
According to a TASS source, the plane was technically correct, and the pilot did not report a malfunction.

"Russia has informed all signatories of the agreement about the decision to withdraw from the Open Skies Agreement six months after the announcement of its exit. Therefore, our exit will take place on December 18," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement for the TASS Agency.

This was reported by the Tass Agency, citing an unnamed diplomatic source.
"The formal request has been submitted", the source claims.
The United States did not grant visas to one-third of the Russian delegation, which was expected to attend the session of the UN First Committee.

"It is hardly any secret that the aim sanctions is to create social and economic conditions to change [the ones in] power in Russia," a deputy minister has told Russia's lower house of Parliament, the State Duma.
