Istanbul book fair set to kick off
The 41st edition of an Istanbul international book fair is slated to take place between Nov. 2 to 10 this year.
Organized by TÜYAP Fairs in partnership with the Turkish Publishers Association, the fair is anticipated to gather scores of avid readers and valuable writers together.

Istanbul Book Fair to mark republic’s centennial
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic, the 40th International Istanbul Book Fair will be organized from Oct. 28 to Nov. 5 under the theme of "Long Live the Republic," with the participation of over 1,000 publishing houses and non-governmental organizations.

Book publishing grows by over 3 pct in 2019
Book publishing in Turkey has grown by 3.16 percent year-on-year in 2019, an association said.
Independent publishers in the country have published 423 million books in 2019, Kenan Kocatürk, head of the Turkish Publishers Association (TPA), told Anadolu Agency.
He was speaking on the sidelines of the Çukurova Book Fair in southern Adana province.

Countdown starts for Istanbul Book Fair
Organized by TÜYAP Fairs in partnership with the Turkish Publishers Association, the 37th International Istanbul Book Fair will be held between Nov. 10 and 18 at the TÜYAP Fair Congress and Convention Center in Istanbul's Büyükçekmece district.

International publishers blast censorship in Turkey
