CORDOBA - The Serbia men's national football team suffered a 3-0 away defeat to European champions Spain in a UEFA Nations League Group A4 Match Day 4 game in Cordoba on Tuesday evening.
Aymeric Laporte (5 min), Alvaro Morata (65 min) and Alex Baena (77 min) provided the goals for Spain and Morata missed a penalty in the 54th minute.

Türkiye beat Iceland in 6-goal thriller in UEFA Nations League
Türkiye won at Iceland 4-2 in a Monday UEFA Nations League match in Reykjavik to stay on top of the group.
Orri Oskarsson, an Iceland forward, scored an early goal on a counter-attack after dribbling from midfield as the hosts took a 1-0 lead at Laugardalsvollur Stadium.
Perfect Greece beats Ireland too
Two second-half goals extended Greece's perfect record after four games in the UEFA Nations League, for a 2-0 victory against Ireland on Sunday in front of a capacity and vocal crowd at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus.
The result means Greece has mathematically sealed a top-two finish in the group, and it remains at the top three points ahead of England.

Minute’s silence to be observed in Baldock’s memory, says UEFA
A minute's silence will be observed at Thursday's Nations League game between England and Greece in memory of George Baldock following the death of the Greek international, UEFA said.
Greece soccer player found dead in his swimming pool
Greece defender George Baldock was found dead at the swimming pool of his house in Glyfada, southern Athens, on Wednesday night.
The conditions of his death remain unclear for now. Police is conducting an investigation.
The 31-year-old British-born player plied his trade since the summer at Panathinaikos. He was not known to have had any particular health problems.

Anthony Martial is officially a player of AEK. The French forward, who had a stellar career at Manchester United, arrived in Athens on Wednesday night, underwent medical tests on Thursday, and was then announced by the club.
He signed a three-year contract, valid until the summer of 2027.
