Manuel Noriega, the former Panamanian dictator and convicted drug trafficker who was once one of Central America’s most notorious military strongmen, has died, according to a tweet by Panama’s President Juan Carlos Varela on his verified Twitter account.
Kosovo Alleged ISIS Hacker Appears in US Court
Ardit Ferizi was detained in Malaysia last October for allegedly hacking into a computer database and passing information about US security staff to Islamic State radicals.
Ferizi was extradited from Malaysia and appeared on Wednesday in a US court in Virginia facing terrorism charges. If found guilty, Ferizi could face 35 years in prison.

Bulgarian Police Arrest 31-Year-Old Man Wanted by Interpol
31-year-old Bulgarian Kaloyan Dragiev, wanted by Interpol, has been arrested at the request of the Stara Zagora District Prosecutor's Office.
Dragiev was arrested in connection with a request of the US court authorities stating the charges on which he is sought and the laws he breached.
