BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in a public address on Tuesday evening he expected more resignations "in the government and elsewhere" on Wednesday over the recent tragic accident at the Novi Sad railway station.

Vucic said he was certain the competent prosecutor's office would take action in the shortest possible time.

NOVI SAD - One of the three patients seriously injured in the November 1 overhang collapse at the Novi Sad railway station died at the Vojvodina Clinical Centre on Sunday afternoon, said the institution's Acting Director Vesna Turkulov.

NOVI SAD - Three patients who sustained serious injuries in Friday's roof overhang collapse at the Novi Sad railway station remain in severe condition and doctors are doing everything they can in the fight for their lives, Vojvodina Clinical Centre Director Vesna Turkulov told Tanjug on Monday.

NOVI SAD - Outgoing Serbian prime minister and leader of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Ivica Dacic stated in Novi Sad on Tuesday that the final plan of positions in the future government has not been drawn up yet and he could not reply to the question as to what office he may hold in the future.
