Kecmanovic loses to Draper in Acapulco quarters

ACAPULCO - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic lost 6-2, 6-2 to Briton Jack Draper in the quarter-finals of the ATP tournament in Acapulco on Friday.

Draper, who won after just 83 minutes of play, will next face Australian Alex de Minaur, who beat Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas 1-6, 6-3, 6-3.

The prize money in Acapulco is 2,206,080 dollars.

Serbia out of United Cup after Stevanovic loses to Australia's Tomljanovic

PERTH - The Serbia national tennis team is out of the United Cup after Natalija Stevanovic lost 6-1, 6-1 to Australia's Ajla Tomljanovic in Perth on Wednesday.

Winning after only 65 minutes of play, Tomljanovic handed Australia a decisive 2-0 lead in the quarter-final tie against Serbia.

Stevanovic was a stand-in for Olga Danilovic.

Djokovic beats Etcheverry to advance to Paris Masters third round

PARIS  - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the world number one in men's tennis singles, is through to the Paris Masters third round after a 6-3, 6-2 win over world number 31 Tomas Martin Etcheverry of Argentina on Wednesday evening.

Djokovic, who won after an hour and 25 minutes of play, is now 2-0 head-to-head against Etcheverry.

Djokovic has been complaining about problems with the back of his left hamstring since the tournament in Adelaide, and on Monday he won the quarterfinals convincingly.
Djokovic moved into a 13th Melbourne Park quarterfinal with a 6-2, 6-1, 6-2 win in just over two hours at Rod Laver Arena on Monday night, against the Australian Alex de Minaur.

Novak was simply unstoppable in this match, so at no time was there a problem with the left hamstring.
