Andrei Gruzsniczki's fourth feature film Dupa 40 de Zile/No Rest For The Old Lady has been included in the official competition of the 11th Beijing International Film Festival that will take place between August 14 - 21, a release informs.

Nae Caranfil's mix of drama and surrealistic comedy "Closer to the Moon" won the Grand Prix and the Trophy of the Romanian Filmmakers Union (UCIN) for 2014 at the gala organized Wednesday night at the Studio film theatre in Bucharest.

"Closer to the moon" on Monday evening was awarded the best feature film prize in this year's edition of the Gopo Awards Gala and Nae Caranfil received the best director award for the same film.
