Prime Minister Florin Citu, candidate for the National Liberal Party (PNL) chair, reminded, on Wednesday evening, the party members from Calarasi that the partnership with the Romanian president is "stronger than ever" and that their duty is to choose the best leader.

Co-Chairman of the Save Romania Union - Freedom, Unity, and Solidarity Party (USR PLUS) Dacian Ciolos considers that a Prime Minister who sacks the Justice Minister for not putting the seal of approval on a legislative project the Premier is pushing for and appoints an interim who approves the same project "under which his own party gets 10 billion euros" has "huge integrity issues".

Co-Chairman of the Save Romania - Freedom, Unity, and Solidarity Party (USR PLUS) Dan Barna said on Wednesday that all options are on the table for his formation. "For us, all options are on the table. We will see how discussions evolve in the following hours and in the government sitting tonight," Dan Barna declared at the House of Parliament at the end of a meeting of USR PLUS lawmakers.

Prime Minister Florin Citu reiterated on Monday that he agrees with all the recommendations of the USR (Save Romania Union) regarding the Anghel Saligny (PNDL 3, National Local Development Programme) investment programme, noting that there are no other debates, and the programme is in the approval procedure and after that it will be discussed in the government.

Minister of Development, Public Works and Administration Cseke Attila declared on Wednesday that the national investment programme "Anghel Saligny" will focus only on the connection to the water and sewage system, to natural gas and to the improvement road infrastructure.

The Blood Transfusion Center "Colonel Professor dr. Nicolae Nestorescu'', located inside the Central Military Emergency Hospital Dr.Carol Davila, is hosting on Monday, in partnership with the Romanian Patriarchate, a blood donation activity to mark World Blood Donor Day.
