Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday that if Ukraine is invited to join NATO, it should apply to the entire territory of the country, not just certain regions.

The EU's new top diplomat Kaja Kallas and head of the European Council Antonio Costa arrived in Kiev on Sunday in a symbolic show of support for Ukraine on their first day in office.
