A "bloody New Year's gift" was sent to Kyiv
"Washington is sending Kyiv a bloody New Year's gift. It once again demonstrates its loyalty to the concept of war 'to the last Ukrainian'. True, with a small addition - 'as long as there is money'," said the Russian ambassador in Washington, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian embassy.

"Beggar from Kyiv"
"Zelensky's trip turned out to be in vain. He failed to convince them that Ukraine is more important than the security of the United States of America. Everyone is tired of the beggars from Kyiv," said the Russian diplomat, reports Sputnik.
Antonov assessed that nothing can help Zelensky anymore, neither further Western sanctions against Russia, nor new arms deliveries to Ukraine.

NATO enters the conflict?
Antonov wrote on Telegram that there is no necessary infrastructure to operate those fighter jets in Ukraine, and that there is no required number of pilots and personnel to maintain the aircraft, Reuters reported.
Antonov also warned that any Ukrainian attack on Crimea would be considered an attack on Russia.

"Answer me, do you want war?"
Commenting on threats by a number of US senators, specifically Lindsey Graham from South Carolina, that Russian planes in international airspace should be shot down if they approach U.S. military equipment, Antonov pointed out that such calls by U.S. congressmen "exceed the limits of common sense".
