Iran's oil minister on Tuesday criticised Greece and Italy for not buying its oil despite US waivers and said they had not offered Tehran any explanation for their decision.

Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said on May 19 that U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to quit a multinational nuclear deal would not affect Tehran's oil exports if the EU could salvage the pact.

Lukoil plans to keep pumping 100 million tons of oil per year between 2018 and 2027 with projects outside Russia and will keep annual investment at $8 billion-$8.5 billion, the chief executive said on Sept. 23.

"Iran's oil and gas condensate exports are now at more than 2 million barrels per day" after rising by 250,000 bpd since March 1, the ministry's Shana news service quoted Zanganeh as saying.

Iran is seeking $25 billion in investments from 50 deals involving international oil and gas companies, foreign executives were told on Nov. 28 in Tehran as the government outlined new contractual terms.
 

Iran hopes to bring its gas to the European Union by shipping liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Spain, its oil minister was quoted as saying on Sept. 7 at a news conference with his Spanish counterpart in Tehran.
