Murat Mihran İşler, a Turkish-Armenian veteran of the Turkish army's move on Cyprus in 1974, was laid to rest in Istanbul on Aug. 22.

On the one hand, more details are emerging in the ongoing investigation about the bloody military coup attempt of July 15 that are increasing the reaction among Turkish people.

A Turkish lawyer has filed a complaint against three senior U.S. soldiers, accusing them of making terror propaganda over the failed July 15 coup while claiming that some of the bombs used in the attempt did not belong to the Turkish military.
