Dacic receives French ambassador for farewell visit
Serbia's acting Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic received on Tuesday French Ambassador Christine Moro for her farewell visit.
According to the Serbian government, Dacic "expressed gratitude for the cooperation and her personal contribution to the promotion of relations between Serbia and France."
Serbia hands protest note to France over Haradinaj
BELGRADE - Secretary-General of the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Veljko Odalovic on Thursday handed a protest note to French Ambassador Christine Moro over a decision of the Colmar appeals court to reject a Serbian extradition request for Ramus Haradinaj.
The note said the Serbian government believed the decision was politically motivated and without legal grounds.

Serbia: EUR 400k for renewal of Monument of Gratitude to France
An agreement has been signed on Tuesday on "the renewal of the Monument of Gratitude to France," the Serbian government has announced.
The monument, located at the Belgrade's Kalemegdan, was raised after the First World War, during which the two countries were allies.
Hollande congratulates Vucic
BELGRADE - French President Francois Hollande has congratulated Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on his election as president, noting it demonstrated the Serbian citizens' strong support for approximation to Europe.
Hollande's message of congratulations was on Friday presented to Vucic by French Ambassador Christine Moro.

Hollande: Ties between Serbia and France are old and deep
French President Francois Hollande has congratulated Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on his election as president.
According to Hollande, "it demonstrated the Serbian citizens' strong support for moving close "to Europe" - which Vucic "embodies."
The message was on Friday presented to Vucic by French Ambassador Christine Moro.
