Djokovic beaten by Goffin in Monte Carlo
MONTE CARLO - Serbia's top-ranked male tennis player Novak Djokovic has failed to reach the semi-finals of the Monte Carlo Masters tournament after losing to Belgian David Goffin 6-2, 3-6, 7-5 in the quarter-finals late Friday.
Goffin won after over two and a half hours of play, and is now 1-5 head-to-head against Djokovic.

Goffin Defeats Dimitrov in Rotterdam, Ending His Series of Victories
Belgium's David Goffin, who lost dramatically to Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria in Sofia last Sunday, managed to oust him nearly a week later in Rotterdam, bringing about Dimitrov's second loss since the year began.
Dimitrov was defeated 4:6, 6:1, 3:6 at the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 tennis tournament in Rotterdam.

Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria has won two straight sets, 7:5, 6:4, against Belgium's David Goffin as the two have played for the title of the Garanti Koza Sofia Open tournament.
Dimitrov has so far won two out of two matches.
For Bulgaria's best-ranking tennis player, this is the first time he is playing in an ATP final in his homeland's capital.

Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov reached the quarter-finals of the Australian Open after defeating Denis Istomin (2:6, 7:6 (2), 6:2, 6:1).
This is the second time Dimitrov will play at the quarter-finals since 2014.
Djokovic beats Goffin to clinch spot in London semis
LONDON - Serbia's top-ranked male tennis player Novak Djokovic beat Belgian David Goffin 6-1, 6-2 on Thursday to clinch a semi-final spot at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
The five-time champion won after 65 minutes of play and is now 5-0 head-to-head against Goffin, a stand-in for the injured Frenchman Gael Monfils.

Donaldson knocks Troicki out of US Open
NEW YORK - Serbia's Viktor Troicki has ended his campaign at the US Open after a 7-5, 6-3, 6-3 defeat to Jared Donaldson of the United States in the second round.
After beating David Goffin of Belgium, world number 122 Donaldson, 19, caused another upset at the tournament and will next play Croatia's Ivo Karlovic.

Djokovic through to Roland Garros semi-finals
PARIS - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the current world number one in men's tennis, is through to the Roland Garros semi-finals after beating Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic 6-3, 7-5, 6-3 on Thursday.
Djokovic won after two hours and six minutes of play, chalking up his 24th victory in 26 encounters with Berdych. It was also his 11 consecutive win over the Czech.
