Turkish FM discuss Gaza war with UK counterpart
In a Wednesday phone call with his U.K. counterpart, the Turkish foreign minister discussed Israel's 10-month-old war on the Gaza Strip.
On X, Foreign Ministry spokesman Öncü Keçeli said Hakan Fidan had a telephone conversation with Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
The discussion covered recent developments in Gaza and rising tensions in the region, said Keceli.

Hezbollah launches about 50 rockets at Israel – intercepted by the Iron Dome
Hezbollah announced early Sunday morning that it launched about 50 rockets from southern Lebanon at Israel in solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza and in retaliation for recent Israeli attacks in the southern part of the country.
According to initial reports, the rockets were intercepted in the sky by Israel’s air defense system, the Iron Dome.
