Railway feasibility studies to be finalized by April 15
BUDAPEST - Delegations of Serbia and Hungary agreed in Budapest Thursday to finalize feasibility studies for an overhaul of the Belgrade-Budapest railway by April 15.
State Secretary in the Serbian Ministry of Transport Dejan Trifunovic told Tanjug that the studies would then be delivered to the Chinese side, who would complete it by June 30.

BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament's committee on spatial planning, transport, infrastructure and telecommunications adopted on Friday the government report on May floods, which reads that the direct damage to infrastructure network is estimated at EUR 275.9 million while the extent of indirect damage is still being assessed.

Contract on loan for power station by end of March
KOSTOLAC - Assistant Minister of Energy Dejan Trifunovic said on Thursday a loan with Exim Bank from China worth USD 715 million should be signed by the end of March, and that it would be used to construct the B3 block of the thermal power station Kostolac, located in eastern Serbia.
