Majority of Bulgarians Fear Impact of Green Deal on Electricity Bills
Amid the implementation of measures under the European Union's Green Deal, 64% of Bulgarians have identified the escalating electricity prices as their top concern. This revelation stems from a recent study commissioned by MEP Sergey Stanishev, conducted by "Trend" and surveying the adult population of the country from January 17th to 24th.
80% of Bulgarians do not Know their Country’s Position on the "Green Deal"
A poll shows that 80 percent of people in Bulgaria do not know the Bulgarian position on the so-called "Green Deal".
Under this name are known the new climate goals of the European Union, which provide for the economy to gradually become independent of coal as an energy source.
Over Half of Bulgarians Never Do Shopping Online - Trend Polling Agency
Nearly 56 per cent of Bulgarians never shop online, according to a nationally representative poll conducted by the Trend agency between July 16 and 22 among 1,007 Bulgarians aged 18 or over. Its findings were presented at BTA's National Press Club on Monday at a joint news conference with Bosch Home Appliance Group Bulgaria
Trend: Local Elections 2019 Vote Turnout
Trend Agency presented exit poll data for the turnout in some of the district cities that elect its mayors on Sunday. The figures were presented by sociologist Dimitar Ganev on the air of NOVA Sunday.

Plovdiv - 20,9%
Varna - 19.3%
Pleven - 27.3%
Rousse - 25.7%

The voter turnout in Bulgaria's early elections as of 4 PM is 35.3%, shows a Gallup exit poll, quoted by the Bulgarian National Radio.
"Fourty percent of the ballots, cast by that hour were in the regional centres, 20% in the small towns, 26% in the villages and 13% in Sofia," Dimitar Ganev of the agency told the national broadcaster.

23.34% Voter Turnout by 1 pm in Bulgaria’s Early Elections
Voter turnout in Sunday's early parliamentary elections stood at 23.34% by 1 pm, according to Bulgaria's Central Electoral Commission (CEC).
According to the CEC, a total of 1 603 988 Bulgarians cast ballots by 1 pm on Sunday.
In the early elections in May 2013, voter turnout by 1 pm on Election Day stood at 27.47%, according to the watchdog.
2.5% Voter Turnout by 8 am in Bulgaria’s Early Elections
Voter turnout in Bulgaria's early parliamentary elections stood at 2.5% by 8 a.m. on Sunday, according to Dimitar Ganev from polling agency Gallup International.
Ganev told the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) that voter turnout by 8 a.m. on Sunday was similar to that in the European Parliament elections held on May 25.
Private Companies to Organize Driving License Tests – Agency Head
Bulgaria's Automobile Administration Executive Agency (AAEA) has proposed that driver's license exams be conducted by private companies.
Dimitar Ganev, AAEA Director, emphasized that the proposal did not rule out state participation and that the state would remain in charge of external control.
