NBA megastar Dončić signs supermax contract extension with the Mavs
Ljubljana – Slovenian NBA star player Luka Dončić has signed a five-year, US$207 million supermax rookie extension with the Dallas Mavericks in what is the largest guaranteed rookie extension in NBA history and the largest sports contract ever in Slovenia. Dončić told the STA on Tuesday he will continue to play for the national basketball team.

Slovenia's Dončić wins NBA Rookie of the Year honours
Dončić is also only the fourth international player ever to win the honours in the 73-year history of the National Basketball Association (NBA), with Canada's Andrew Wiggins (2015) and Ben Simmons of Australia (2018) being the remaining two.
Teodosic among top five players in Europe
BELGRADE - Serbian basketball player Milos Teodosic, who is a member of the national team and CSKA from Moscow, has been named one of the top five players in Europe in 2014 by Eurohoops.
This portal says Teodosic led Serbia to an unexpected final of the world championship in Spain, where he played extremely well.
