The Prosecution office in Bosnia and Herzegovina has charged former Security Minister Dragan Mektic, Igor Golijanin, Samir Agic and Edin Garaplija with abuse of position over the implementation of an interstate project on cross-border cooperation in fire fighting, which the European Union's Delegation to Bosnia had financed.

"If they have no other place to stay, they may be placed in this centre. Salakovac is a possible option," Semiha Borovac told the media.

While most Bosnian politicians remain shy of social media, those who are present on it naturally cause a lot of attention, as has has been the case with newly registered Twitter user Dragan Mektic, the Bosnian Security Minister.

They are headed towards the border.

According to information from Sarajevo-based media, the clash between police officers and migrants has produced injuries.

The accommodation of about 300 migrants camping in a tent settlement in Velika Kladusa in north-west Bosnia should be resolved as a priority matter, a meeting of state representatives and the International Organisation for Migration, IOM, agreed on Wednesday.
