Defence to seek throwing out of indictment against Kosovo-Metohija Serb - lawyer
PRISTINA - The defence team of a Kosovo-Metohija Serb charged by Pristina with alleged war crimes will seek a throwing out of his indictment and file a complaint against evidence presented against him because the indictment is based solely on witness accounts, lawyer Jovana Filipovic announced on Wednesday.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The lawyer of a Kosovo-Metohija Serb arrested by the Pristina authorities wants Pristina's PM Albin Kurti to appear in court as a defence witness in his client's trial.
In a statement to Tanjug, lawyer Dejan Vasic said Dragisa Milenkovic was suspected of war crimes allegedly committed in Kosovo-Metohija in 1998 and 1999.
Kosovo Serbs Rally for Release of War Crimes Suspect
Dozens of locals gathered on Tuesday in the town of Gracanica, close to the capital Pristina in central Kosovo, in the latest of a series of demonstrations against last week's arrest of a Kosovo Serb man on war crime charges.
They held up banners and placards with slogans like "Freedom for all the arrested Serbs" and pledges of trust in Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

The prosecution announced on Friday that it has charged a Kosovo Serb, who it identified only by the initials M.Dj., with participating in an attack on ethnic Albanian civilians during the war in 1999.
The former policeman Mfrom the village of Vitomirica in Kosovo Peja/Pec municipality has been charged with war crimes against the civilian population.
War Crimes Arrest Sparks Protest by Kosovo Serbs
Kosovo Police said on Wednesday that they have arrested a Kosovo Serb male, identified only by the initials D.S., in the Serb-majority municipality of Gracanica, on suspicion of committing war crimes during the Kosovo war in 1998-99.
