Most of them quoted Radio Free Europe, RFE, saying that after the movement was registered on April 18, this had drawn negative reactions from the public and prompted the Montenegrin NGO Civil Alliance to request a ban.

Prime Minister Viorica Dancila welcomed on Wednesday at the Victoria Palace Montenegrin Prime Minister Dusko Markovic, who is paying an official visit to Romania. After the welcoming ceremony, the two Prime Ministers will have a tete-a-tete meeting, followed by talks in the plenary of the two delegations. At the end of the talks, joint press statements are scheduled to take place.

Bulgaria's Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova discussed energy cooperation between Bulgaria and Montenegro with Ambassador Snežana Radović on 8th of November. The talks are in continuation of the talks between the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, Boyko Borissov and his counterpart Duško Marković, held in September, reports BNT.
