When I spoke with the writer Etgar Keret at home in Tel Aviv earlier this week, he was in anguish.

Polish architect Jakub Szczesny decided to convert an alley which was used for garbage into a 4-foot-wide home in Warsaw claiming that it’s the world’s narrowest house.

Five years ago, he and Israeli writer Etgar Keret started designing the two-story apartment in Warsaw’s historic Jewish neighborhood, as New York Post says.
