BRUSSELS - Serbia and Baden-Wurttemberg will work together on drafting a project of a bio-energy village that will use biomass to produce electricity, Serbian Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic told Tanjug on Thursday.

STUTTGART - A ministerial conference on the implementation of Serbian-German environmental projects will be held in Stuttgart on Tuesday.

The Serbian delegation will be headed by Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Bogosavljevic-Boskovic and State Secretary Stana Bozovic.

BELGRADE - The damages to the environment caused by the catastrophic floods in May have been estimated at around EUR 42 million, and Serbia is yet to face some of the consequences, Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic stated on Thursday.

BELGRADE - Serbia will implement the project aimed at development of the sustainable biomass energy market to the total value of EUR 8 million in the next three years, in cooperation with the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) and with the support by German partners.
