Star Wars costume designer who created Darth Vader & stormtrooper outfits dies
The Oscar-winning British costume designer who created Darth Vader’s iconic black outfit in Star Wars has died.
London-born John Mollo, who has passed away at the age of 86, began working in movies as a military history expert.
Kılıçdaroğlu might break Gandhi's 'Salt March' record
Mohandas "Mahatma-Venerable" Gandhi embarked on his "Salt March" in order to protest an unfair British salt tax system on March 12, 1930. On the 24th day of his march, which he had started with 78 companions, and despite British attempts to stop it, Gandhi reached the town of Dandi by the ocean and pinched a handful of un-taxed salt of his own country.

Director and actor Richard Attenborough dies aged 90
British director and actor Richard Attenborough has died aged 90 after a sparkling career spanning six decades, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) said on Aug. 24.
"We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of esteemed filmmaker and former BAFTA President, Lord Attenborough," the organisation said in a statement.

British film actor and director Richard Attenborough has died at the age of 90, the BBC has reported.
In his career of six decades Lord Attenborough appeared in films like “Brighton Rock”, “The Great Escape”, “Doctor Dolittle” and blockbuster “Jurassic Park” and as a director he won two Oscars for “Gandhi.”
